    Preferred Qualifications

    Provides assessment of educational needs and facilitation of unit compliance. Assists Clinical Nurse Manager in identification, planning, implementation, evaluation, and documentation of unit activities, projects, and hospital wide programs.

     

    Clinical Care Coordinator reports to Clinical Nurse Manager

    • Current RN licensure in the state of Ohio
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • CPR required
    • ACLS required within one year of employment
    • Minimum of 5 years clinical nursing experience

    Certification in Specialty within 6 months.  Critical care experience preferred.
